A fun mix of hiking, trail running and high intensity interval training in the woods! As of all our sessions - the workout is layered for every body to progress, challenge and enjoy without stress.

Core Blimey

Join us for this monthly core workout and chilled out stress-relieving stretch session. Utilizing Pilates, Yoga, Tai Chi, Strength and dance - this session also supports mobility and positive mindset - the perfect compliment to our HIITs program

The Puberty PT

Has your child decided to join the gym? Do they want to progress in sport? Social media reels alongside a lack of quality instruction can lead to long term injuries that can end an interest or career in sports. Our tailored, personal training for young people aged 10-17yrs will empower, build vital knowledge and develop bodies/minds safely.

£30 individual, £10 pp group session (max 5 people)

The Perimenopausal PT

Brain fog? Mood swings? Joint Pain? Weight gain? The list of perimenopausal symptoms seems endless! Our training program covers positive habits, nutrition, strength training and coaching all tailored to finding the ‘new you.’ Includes weekly PT, Core Blimey, all Happy Hiits sessions, Nutrition guides, daily coaching access and journal.

£150 per month for 3 months

Learn to Lift

Joined the gym? Doing regular online workouts? Worried if you’re doing it right? This critical one-off session gives you the tools to safely squat, lunge, deadlift, curl, and clean & press to avoid injury and focus on your core. Session includes personal video and guidebook to help you remember the advice from gym to mat!
